The KSCULPT Method At KSCULPT, our approach is intentionally different. We don’t believe in copy-and-paste protocols or one-size-fits-all treatments. Every body is unique, which means every treatment plan should be too. Our consultations are thorough and personalized—we take the time to understand your lifestyle, your struggles, and your goals so we can build a plan that’s fully customized to you. You are never treated as just another number here. Founded by Kate Miller, expert body contourist and educator, the KSCULPT Method was built through years of hands-on experience, research, and refinement. In her early career, Kate invested extensively in training and worked with nearly every major body contouring technology on the market—including Zemits, Emsculpt, CoolSculpting, and various laser-based devices. Through this process, she discovered that no single device or modality can effectively treat every concern, which led her to move away from standardized treatments and toward fully customized protocols. She then spent years working with hundreds of clients—over 400 in her first phase alone—learning how different body types respond to treatment, understanding the difference between fat and bloating, and studying the role of the lymphatic system in shaping the body. From there, she expanded into deeper knowledge of hormones, skin laxity, and internal imbalances that affect external results. With over 7 years of combined experience, she developed her own signature treatments and protocols designed to deliver real, lasting transformation. At KSCULPT, we don’t just treat the body—we activate circulation, lymphatic flow, and structural balance to create real, visible transformation. Our approach goes beyond surface-level results by supporting the body’s natural ability to release, restore, and reshape over time. We believe your body is always communicating what it needs, and our role is to help you respond with the right combination of advanced treatments, personalized at-home care, and guided nutrition support. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Deposit Policy To ensure we are able to provide the highest level of service and accommodate all clients efficiently, the following policies are strictly enforced. Deposit Policy A deposit is required to secure all appointments. All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of whether you choose to move forward with treatment, cancel your appointment, or fail to attend your appointment. Deposits may be applied toward your scheduled service but will not be refunded under any circumstances. Cancellations (48+ Hours Notice) Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time without additional cancellation fees. Please note that while cancellation fees may be waived with proper notice, all deposits remain non-refundable. Late Cancellations (Less Than 48 Hours Notice) Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a fee equal to 40% of the single service cost. This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled. Any deposit paid toward the appointment will be forfeited. No-Call / No-Show Policy Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice ("no-call, no-show") will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. This applies regardless of whether the appointment was: Pre-paid Part of a package Included in a membership plan Any deposit paid will be forfeited and will not be applied toward future services. The full-service charge must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled. Agreement By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Deposit Policy. These policies are in place to respect our providers' time, maintain appointment availability for other clients, and ensure the highest level of service for all clients.
